Rihanna unleashes new hairstyle

Just over a fortnight after taking to Twitter to show off a grey-tinged hair colour, Rihanna has kept us on our toes by debuting yet another dramatic hair change.
This time the Diamonds singer has opted to keep it short and sweet. With a cropped 'do much shorter than the long locks we've been used to seeing her sporting recently. The new 80s hairstyle is dark and curly, with soft ringlets framing her face.

Rihanna took the hair-debuting opportunity to promote her latest beauty venture, tweeting: " Still tryna get used to my hurr, so I threw on some #redliptick #RIRIWoo", referencing the new lip shade from her MAC make-up collaboration, Riri Hearts MAC.
Some have suggested that the new hairstyle is inspired by US hip hop reality TV star Joseline Hernandez - who also wears also wears her hair short and curly - after Rihanna quoted her earlier the same week on Instagram.

And it's not the first time we've seen Rihanna working curls - although her last venture was a less au natural look, wearing deep red ringlets at the 2013 American Music Awards in Los Angeles.
