HOW AIRTEL NIGERIA DEFRAUD THEIR VARIOUS CUSTOMERS

Its quite unfortunate that this great nation called Nigeria is continually on the losing streak as a result of this canker-worm eating deeply onto the fabric of the nation. Fraud and Corruption have been argued upon over and over again as to where they degenerate from. Whether from the grassroots or from the top, the fact is that it grows daily in our society.Well from the look of things, i believe people at the top are guilty of this menace. Airtel Nigeria are a company, latest on my mind, to be culprit of fraud. Airtel Nigeria defraud their numerous subscribers through their blackberry internet service. When asked from Airtel Nigeria customer care agents whether they provide unlimited blackberry internet service, they say yes whereas they do not.
(Note:UNLIMITED BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE MEANS THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU LIKE WITHIN YOUR TIME FRAME ON THE SUBSCRIPTION)
Airtel Nigeria subscribers subscribe to the so called unlimited blackberry internet service only to be given 1500 megabytes for a month subscription unknowingly to them. A subscriber at this helm, take for example, downloads within 10 days of subscription, files that require 1000 megs hoping to download as many files as possible for 30 days, will be left in a limbo when the remaining 500megs finish on the 15th day to the subscription. The subscriber in question wouldn't know that the whole 1500megs have been exhausted as to he/she wont be able to browse the internet again. If calls are eventually put through to Airtel Nigeria about the latest, they always come up with their coined and corny suggestions like.....please remove your battery from the phone and re-insert it again after this call....or please we are having a hitch on our network, our engineers are working on it, so please give us a call back......or the worst of it is that when your number is noticed, they tag it and wont answer your call again for the rest of the day or may be week till your so called unlimited blackberry internet service expires
